Project Manager (Senior Architect, B. Arch with 7-10 years of experience)

Senior and Proficient resource that is largely responsible for the smooth execution and management of the project. Besides scope estimation, shoulders the responsibility of Resource planning and shuffling. Considering the vision of every member's expertise and schedule, he ensures that the milestones are achieved and the deadlines met. He keeps himself and the team, abreast of the latest industry standards and guidelines and is continuously involved in training and presentation sessions for the Team Members and Team Leaders.

Team Leader (B. Arch 3 to 5 year of experience)

TL is responsible for breaking down the larger goals into achievable objectives on a day to day basis. Continuously motivates the team to work towards the deadlines of the project. He himself is skilled with the most relevant Architectural Platforms such as AutoCAD, Revit BIM, and Chief Architect.

Team Member

Team members are the responsible for daily execution of the project tasks. Team members participate in the Team leader's feedback sessions and constantly work over capitalizing strengths.
